Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Order Changes: If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at [Insert Email Address]. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping:
We offer standard and express shipping options within the United Arab Emirates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 

Delivery Delays:

Delivery times are estimates and do not include delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.


If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@zoyafashionhouse.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zoya Fashion House is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Customs Clearance: Customs clearance can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please be aware that customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order to ensure successful delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Zoya Fashion House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

 Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@zoyafashionhouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
